All designer pieces sold by California Boho Studio are 100% authentic and verified for quality prior to sale. California Boho Studio is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially associated with any designer brands featured on our Site.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
We accept secure payments through Squarespace Payments, including:

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Afterpay

All transactions are encrypted and processed through Squarespace’s secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. California Boho Studio does not store or have access to customer payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from California, USA. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
California Boho Studio is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal carriers or customs.

  • Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Theft or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

Once tracking indicates “Delivered,” responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage and designer pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or significantly misrepresented, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@californiaboho.com with photos and order details.
We will review each case carefully and determine the appropriate next steps.

All content, images, text, designs, logos, and graphics displayed on this Site are the intellectual property of California Boho Studio unless otherwise stated.
